Are you looking to hire Eric Klein?
Welcome! And please take your time on my website. It’s a work in progress. I’ll be adding more information daily.
There isn’t a web presence for Eric Klein of Northern Colorado. When my in-laws hired him to build them a home, I looked for reviews. At that point, there was only one Google review that had very little substance.
Eric told my in-laws his business name was Tuscany Custom Homes. In looking up that business name, there was a very nice website with good reviews with that name in Colorado Springs and Monument.
When you Google Eric’s name, you’ll also find his LinkedIn presence that now lists him as a Owners Representative/Construction Management and Claims Specialist. When I Googled him 2 years ago, his title was President of Tuscany Custom Homes. That, along with the positive website using the name Tuscany Custom Homes south of Denver, I thought they were related. They’re not.
This precisely is the reason for this website. If you are looking to hire Eric G. Klein of Northern Colorado please do your research and come to your own conclusion. I wish someone would have created this years ago so I could have saved our family a lot of time, money and heartache.
See other reviews below. The picture below is the unfinished home that my elderly in-laws invested their life savings in. They are still unable to live in it because Eric used their money elsewhere. Do I have proof of this? Yes. Not only has Eric Klein admitted he used our money elsewhere, his wife has made an empty promise to pay us back. Do I have proof of this? Yes.
“I look at it as this as I had other jobs that were coming up and I look at it, as I was borrowing it until those jobs came to fruition. So that’s how I look at it. I don’t steal.”
I’m not sure why the reviews now look like they’ve been there for more time than they have. My guess is Birdeye aggregated the reviews.
Today is the first time I’ve seen the John W. review.
Eric goes by these names, business names, etc.
His web presence is difficult to pinpoint.
