Our family has had a long history using RE/MAX Alliance in Fort Collins, CO. Up until this latest interaction, we were satisfied customers. Why else would we keep using the same agent over and over? Read on to see how this is all connected.

• Our agent was Jessica Nickell at RE/MAX Alliance for six separate real estate transactions.

• Toni Klein (Eric’s wife) works for Dennis Schick’s RE/MAX Alliance even as recently as 11/5/26.

• Dennis Schick knows we have a lawsuit against Toni Klein and TCH Construction because he was also named in the lawsuit. Why is Toni still an employee at his RE/MAX office?

• Toni gave Jessica a recommendation for Toni’s husband, Eric to build our ADU. At the time that Toni told Jessica to pass on the recommendation, Toni was aware her husband Eric had an issue with keeping his money straight because she was listed in previous lawsuits. Toni shared the recommendation anyway and Jessica passed the great recommendation along to us. Jessica knew we wanted someone quality to build the ADU and based on Jessica’s high quality recommendation, we went with this builder. See Jessica’s email to us below.

• Dennis Schick’s employees gave us bad information. Toni knew what she was doing and did it anyway. Dennis has stood by and retained Toni as an employee even after he was served with a lawsuit over this transaction.

Our family has bought or sold 6 homes using Jessica Nickell, RE/MAX Alliance based out of Fort Collins, Colorado. Dennis Schick is the Broker/Owner of the RE/MAX office Jessica Nickell works out of. The offices are located at 4703 Boardwalk Dr, Fort Collins, CO 80525. Toni B. Klein also works out of this office in south Ft. Collins.

During the latest home purchase, our intent was to find a small piece of land with no HOA so we could build my in-laws an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) on the land. We found an existing home on a 2-acre plot in Loveland, CO and purchased the home in September of 2024.

Jessica Nickell was fully aware of the goal for the sale. She showed us multiple properties until we found the perfect property. Our closing date on the property was going to be September 30, 2024 and we wanted to begin construction soon after that, On September 3, 2024, We asked Jessica if she had recommendations for builders for the ADU.‍ ‍She sent us this email.

Not sure how budget friendly he'd be on a smaller project like this but he'd certainly be locked into the logistics of the build and the process - talking to Kari today I think now that we're looking solid for a closing on Panoramic the next step is to start talking with some people like him to get organized for the next steps.  Definitely tell him you're working with Dennis Schicks team and that Toni referred us over to him

Jessica reach out to my husband Eric Klein, TCH Construction he is a custom builder draws his own architectural plans and has an engineer.  He is equipped to handle this type of project.  He has been building custom Homes in the area for 30 years.  He is working  with another agent on plans and will be building a barndominium in NoCo.
